Aim(s)
The aim is to train students to become highly qualified Laboratory Technologists for improved service delivery.
The aim is to train students to become highly qualified Laboratory Technologists for improved service delivery.
(i) Provide students with scientific concepts in physics, chemistry and biology in relation to laboratory technology.
(ii) To produce graduates with technical skills who with further training can function as teachers in technical education.
(iii) Equip students in requisite skills in laboratory technology for industry, educational and research institutions: (iv) To train high caliber laboratory technologists to function as managers of laboratories in educational institutions, industries and research establishments in line with objectives of the current educational reforms,
(v) To produce entrepreneurial Laboratory Technologist for national development.

Applicants must have passes in Core English, Core Mathematics, and Integrated Science (Grade D or better for SSSCE candidates and Grade C6 or better for WASSCE candidates).
In addition, applicants must have three elective subjects, preferably Chemistry, Physics, Elective Mathematics, and Biology.
