The goal of the B.Sc. Biomedical Science programme is to produce competent graduates in the Biomedical Sciences.

Objective(s)

The specific objectives of the programme are to;

• train students to conduct research and contribute to knowledge in the area of biomedical sciences. • train personnel to assist in policy formulation and dissemination in public health. • equip students with entrepreneurial skills to establish their own Bio-enterprise and create jobs for others. • train students to become innovative and provide exemplary leadership in biomedical Sciences.

Entry Requirements

Applicants must have passes in Core English, Core Mathematics, and Integrated Science (Grade D or better for SSSCE candidates and Grade C6 or better for WASSCE candidates).

In addition, applicants must have passes in Biology and any two of the following elective subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics.
